I would like to share some of the beautiful insights that were initially brought through to me by my Spirit Guide Antoine, in order to bring me comfort and understanding on a personal level.

Love
Once true Love flourishes between Souls, it can never be lost, for it is absorbed into the deep consciousness of the Soul and remains there for eternity. You speak of many forms of Love, romantic included, and indeed, the personality of the physical being thinks that it experiences these, but all Love is of the one strand; Love is Love. It all emanates from the one divine Source. Think of it as being like a brilliant, beautiful diamond cut into many facets. Each facet has it`s own unique brilliance, but there is really only one diamond. Love is the whole; it is really all there is. Love is all that matters, and only Love is real in your world of illusion.
The vibration of Love is the Essence.
Love is the Light.
Love is the opposite of fear and the darkness.
Reality
Each Soul creates and projects an extremely intricate holographic reality. This is what makes each of you different and unique in the world of matter. You have created everything about you - your entire universe. Because of that, you each view everything differently - from a different perspective.
As you lift your veil of forgetfulness, you are beginning to understand the world of illusion that you have created, and you are beginning to see who you truly are. As you begin to understand that everything and everyone is actually connected, the illusion of being separate will fall away. You will realize that you are not different; you are not separate. You will realize that each of you has created everything from the same essence, and this is the essence of All That Is. You are all no different to the natural world around you. Even those things you perceive as solid and inanimate with no life-force are composed of this same energy.
Truth
Truth is all there is. Truth is all that matters because it is all that is real in your physical world. Everything else is only there to help lead you to the Truth. They are only the tools that you have manifested, in order to help you experience the world of matter in which you have chosen to live, and the ultimate Truth is that only Love matters. The ultimate Truth is Love. Each one of you will eventually learn this; whether it is during this life-time or another, you will all learn this, and it will be the ultimate knowing and recognition of the Truth. When you experience only Love; then you will understand. You will have understood the ultimate lesson, and you will have no reason to return.
Past Lives
Think of this life as you would a series running on your television screen. Each week there is an episode of the same program. Each is separate, but also a part of the whole - a continuation, so to speak. Each lifetime is like one of those episodes; each is separate, but a continuation of the one story - your story, and that story never ends. You have always been, and you will always be.
This is simply the way it is.
Happiness
Just as you say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so too happiness is in the heart of the beholder. What encompasses happiness is unique for each Soul. When the life led is in communion with the Soul purpose, happiness follows. Every Soul has a reason for being in physical form - something they are working on - a project if you like. The reasons for this are always to do with Soul growth. Whatever you choose to do in your life, whether you are a parent, or a great teacher, or a healer; if it is aligned with your Soul growth; then it will bring happiness. No purpose means any less than another. When you are within this alignment, your life will flow freely and easily, and when you are not, you will experience unhappiness and discontent. This will soon overflow into all areas of your life. When this happens you will know that it is time to make different choices.
We are happy to give guidance throughout this process, but you must take the action needed. Often, this requires a great deal of courage on your part, but know that this is the path you chose while planning this lifetime. You are only following the path of your Truth.
Step up, and step forward in faith, for it is already written - already done.
Passion
Just as food is fuel for the body, passion is fuel for the Soul; passion adds Love to the equation! Without this Love, aspects of your life might become mundane and meaningless. Each Soul feels the need to be passionate about something in their physical life. Whether it is a Loved One, an activity, or some great cause, it is always to do with Soul growth. None is of lesser value than another. What are more important are the process, the emotion, and the experience.
Do not confuse passion with obsession; the two are very different. Obsession can be destructive to the Soul; passion motivates the Soul, and it is an accelerator for Soul growth.
Be aware that there can sometimes be a fine line between the two.
Guidance
You all have guidance originating from these planes of existence to help you along your chosen path. Many of us are making contact with you at this time. This becomes easier for us as your vibration rises to become more in tune with ours. The veil between our worlds of existence grows thinner. The Light grows brighter for many of you because you and your natural world are evolving rapidly towards that Light. We have an agreement between us before you enter into physical form - a pact, so to speak; you also have free will. Sometimes the two are at odds with each other. Often the ego, or personality part of you, or Human part if you like will try to override this guidance. You may take a few, or many detours before you eventually return to the main path, but you will; never doubt that.
We go to great lengths to ensure this. You will follow your chosen path. It is already written; it is already done. When you have taken the last step, your mission will be completed, and you will happily return Home to us once again. We are here to help you; you only have to be still, and to be aware and listen.
Awakening
Many of you are waking up at this time; you are one of these Child! You are moving into a new higher level of consciousness, and this can be very unpleasant for you because it requires you to have a new way of thinking and of being. Many of the old aspects of yourself are being shed, just as a butterfly sheds its cocoon when it has been transformed into the magnificent creature it always was. These old ways will not serve you as well in the New World that is now emerging. You are rising in consciousness, along with Mother Earth Herself, in a magnificent display of color and enhanced vibration, which we are witnessing from our vantage point! Your very purpose for this incarnation is at hand! You and many others have agreed to help turn the tide on your planet from one of greed and self-service to one of Unconditional Love, and peace and abundance for all of Humanity. So it shall be; it is time!
We know you experience physical symptoms that can be disturbing for you at times, but these will pass as your physical body comes into alignment with your new, higher vibration. The new way of being will be incredibly exciting for ones such as you, but others will find it extremely frightening because they will find it impossible to let go of their emotional and physical attachments. These will need your help during this shift in Human consciousness.
We are here to help you, and we know that you are up to the task, for it is already done!
